JK- Greenville, Tx

Enjoyed the Bible Study and message this morning> all have been good, but this morning's affected me in the importance of placing God firsta nd getting rid of "idols" in my life. This afternoon, at teh park was quite. I did talk with an older couple for awhile and enjoyed our conversation. Although they were uncomfortable talking about faith. I think all are letting the tiredness affect our "M" today. It has been a rewarding experience and I appreciate all the "Ms" and JSI's commitments

MF, League City Tx

Well today was sad b/c it was teh last day at the park and no one was there really. I mostly just prayed, read my bible and ate eis. It is 5:50 pm right now, in Germany and at 6:30 we're having a picnic at a different park, I'm excited. I just hope it doesn't start raining like it did earlier. On an a special shout out to my dad and L, I hope your wedding is awesome, I wish I could be there- Love M

JK, Idalou, Tx

Today I talked to a guy about Jesus, well actually a few but one was interested and we talked awhile. Then J came over to explain some questions they got offtoprz and that maight have been the difference. Therefore- Set your mind on things above, not on earthly things- Colossians 3:2

DC, Blanco, Tx

Today I spoke for a long time with a nice man on a bench who was waiting for his friends to play frisbee but I didn't share my faith with him though. Pray generally for everyone

BB Portland, Tx

I didn't talk to anyone today, but mostly spent the day in prayer and reading the Bible. I prayed a lot for everyone that I knew was talking to people and about whether or not i'd come back next year. Please pray that we will all use what we've learned this week for the rest of our lives!

J.S. Commercer, Tx

I met J today. He is very sold on science and believes in a higher power, jut not God. He knows of Jesus; just not trusting in him. Pray that the long time can build relationship and that the gospel presented to him takes root.

CWM, Kyland, Tx

Just prayed today- tried to listen to God- I asked him to take some frustration away and asked him to speak to me, but I am having a hard time hearing him.

ER, Westfield, In

The day went quickly and for me it seemed pretty uneventful, but God was apparent in the park today. I saw many meaningful converstaions. Pray that God would work in the hearts of these people and all those we met earlier in the week. Pray that God grows the seeds that have been sown, and that more seeds will take root in the ground that has been plowed with prayer.

LD, Frankston, TX

Not many people were at the park today. The girl could not come... but tomorrow she is going to meet me in the city so we can hang out all day- pray that she continues to want to learn more about God and that she'll develop such a passion for God that it will effect everyone she comes into contact with.

JR, Forney

JK Greenville TX

Late this afternoon I spent sometime talking with Eric, a father who was here with his son and daughter. Eric is catholic and seemed to be well versed in catholism. When I got back to them, a couple of our girls had spent the afternoon with 2 girls they have been sharing with last 2 days. One 'M' accepted Christ.

JR- Forney TX

We have 2 new additions to the kingdom. I am so excited. This is a good day.

BB- Portland TX

Today was a really good day! I did a lot of praying, and then I hung out with 2 girls that L and A have been talking to a lot and one of the girls accepted Christ! We all have been praying hard for them, it's so incredibly exciting to know that she is our new sister in Christ! But the other girl hasn't accepted Him yet but we know that she is so close, so please please please pray that we can talk to her a little more before we leave. Thanks a lot!!

LD- Frankston TX

The 2 girls came back today...I had the chance to talk to the oldest girl one on one. She explained to me what she believed and why. I shared my story with her and told her about what God had done in my life. As we read scripture together, she still didn't understand how Jesus rose from the dead. I showed her in scripture about the resurrection and showed her how great God's love is for her and how beautiful she truly is. She told me that she thought it was real and she understood and she began to cry. We read John 3:16 together and she said she believed it and wanted God's gift of life. We prayed together and she is so excited. I gave her a bible and we will continue talking about the book of John this week. Hmmm....God is so awesome. We have a new sister in Christ!!!

ER- Westfield IN

Thank you for your prayers. Today we gained 2 sisters in Christ- praises to God! I also got to speak to a girl who said she would probably be back tomorrow. She was so sweet and seems to be searching. Pray that she would return and we would be able to get to know each other well enough to talk about faith. Pray for a searching heart and good conversation. Pray that even if we don't have these opportunities that God continues to work in her and that she surrenders her life to Him. I wish you could see how much our combined prayers have done.

APL- Plainview TX

Today was so awesome. L and myself have been talking to these 2 girls all week just telling them about Jesus! So today we met up with them at the prak and we split up and I took 'A' and she took 'M.' We talked to them and M accepted Christ!! How awesome is that?! 'A' didn't really understand my language so 'M' is going to talk to her so she will know about God and how great he is! Pray for 'M' that she will continue to live and grow in Christ. I love you guys (ich liebe dich)

JK Idalou TX

I will tell you all about today if you'll ask about wednesday at the park. love yall!

Hey! Today was awesome! I talked to a lady at the park named 'E.' She said that she didn't belive in any kind of religion. She was reading the Anne Frank book. In the hostel we got these books that are the hole book of John, in german. After 'E' and I finished talking I asked her if she would read the German book. She said yes, so I gave it to her. I reallyyy hope she reads it. Oh and it rained hard today...It was nice.

JS- Commerce TX

God is good! Two girls were added to our spiritual family. We rejoiced together. The park was quite empty today due to the weather. In spite of that we saw a great reaping; even in the rain.

LWM- Kingsland TX

Today I got to play some soccer. It was awesome! After that, I needed some water and did some pr-ing that God would send me someone to talk to. So I was walking and saw a group of teens and went to talk. They were pretty cool. I got to know some names and other names I couldn't even pronounce. But they said they might come back sometime this week, so just pray they do.

MF- League City TX

Hey everyone! Today was a chill day. We went to the park again and played frizbee and soccer with some German kids. We ate the "eis" or ice cream, it was sooo good! We also saw some kids infront of this big building, they were sitting on the stairs singing. One guy who was 20 was playing the guitar. We were a little far away so we tryed to here what they were singing. It was in the secret. A christian song. They were Germans singing christian english songs! We found out that they were in a church camp. It was awesome I am very excited to see what else happens while we are here. I'll try to call my family tonight. Love ya.

JK- Greenville TX

Good day. Met R and social worker, he had a younger boy D who's 13 and R is assigned to him. We talked and played soccer. I invited them to the picnic on thursday. R will not be able to come but he's going to encourage D and his family.
I also played soccer with P- he is from Angola but here for 13 years. He gave us watermelon after soccer. We talked and found out he is catholic and shared our faith. He is coming to the picnic too.

BB- Portland TX

I talked to them for a good while but we never got a chance to bring God up but I did invite them to the picnic and they said they relly wanted to go, so pray that I will be able to talk to them about God. Sometime I also talked to a man who was a social worker who seemed like a really nice guy and E and I invited him and the family he was working with to the picnic and he said he would try to get them to go. Just pray that these people and the people that everyone else talked to would be touched by God this week.

APL- Plainview TX

Hey guys, what is going on? I am having such fun here! I have met a lot of people here. I met another person today. His name is P, he's nice. I met 3 girls yesterday. I don't really like the food here. I miss american food but some I do like. Please keep my group in your prayers. God is doing awesome things I can see it! Yesterday we walked by the cathedral and we heard germans singing "in the secret" and we went and joined in and it was awesome! Man God it is! Ich liebe dich (i love you)

LD- Frankston TX

A and I talked to 2 girls and 1 boy we met yesterday. They mainly believe in evolution and reincarnation. We were hanging out with them all day and really building a friendship. Pray that these kids grasp an understanding of God's love for them while we continue spending time with them this week.

JK- Idalou TX

What's up ya'll? Wie gehts ist ihnen? I love Germany, we meet more new people everyday. It's not as hopeless as we once thought, God is working here and changing these people's hearts. It is not a weird place but different. Continue praying for us, pray that we'll bring somemore to Christ, that they may have faith to trust in Him. Love yall.

BB- Portland TX

Today was a really cool day! We pretty much prayer walked all day. It really opened my mind to so many different things and people that I could pray for. One big thing I noticed a lot is that there seemed to be a lot of "gothic" people around and I really prayed that God would bring people into their lives that could tell them about God's love. Pray that God would interven.

ER Westfield IN

Today has been great! We spent the day with the Father covering the city with prayer. I cannot wait for the answers to those prayers to become evident as teh week progress.

Through prayer walking God reveal how many people different ages, ethnic groups etc. need to know God's grace. I pray for God's work to be fruitful.

Day 2 in Germany! It was really weird eating the breakfast food. It was different. They had a big bun you put butter and jelly on. I never eat anything like that because I am not a jelly person. Lunch was okward too because they have baked potatoes and they don't eat it with butter. We were also prayer walking and stuff like that. As we were prayer walking it was so weird cause they dress sooo much different then we do. From gothics to cowgirls! I am excited to see what God's going to do tomorrow.

JR Forne, TX

Things are going so good. No jet lag here...all rested. I miss my wife but I'm thrilled to be here. We have a great team and we are making lots of friendships.

JK, Greenville, Silver

Amazing building architecture Graffetti on most everything saw many people dressed Gothic, not just young people, but many adults 40 plus. Beautiful churches, steeples, etc. but no spirit, to me disrespectful of what was originally built to honor God.

MEF League City, TX

Well today wasinteresting... and never ending, while everyone at home is sleeping, I'm on a bus in the middle of the day time trying to stay awake. When we got to Cologne we all noticed that the style here is sooo different. Its like everyones clothes are too small, but its still cool to see the culture change. I'm really excited to taste the ice cream. I heard its the best ever. I can't wait to see the things God is going to do here. Love, MEL

BB-Portland, TX

Germany is nothing like I had imagined it to be! There are so many different types of people from all over the world. Some thing I noticed to pray for was their only view of Christianity. The only thing representing God and Christianity is the Dom, which is the big cathedral which is now a tourist attraction. I think it would be so cool to see the Dom turn to actual Christian church again.

APL-Plainview, TX

Today we finally made it to Germany. It's so aweosme here! There culture is so cool! We walked around today and went to a Cathedral. Man its so pretty there. If only it was still a church were we went and worshiped and came together as one! They spell there ton like Koln how cool is that! O Snap they have teh coolest slug bugs ever! I love it here. They have Starbucks, McDonalds, and weird but cool stuff everywhere!

JRK Idalou, TX

Prayer that I'll put my wall down and easily be able to talk to with anyone, pray that the Holy Spirit will be present in all of our lives, to so that we will be His witnesses. Pray 4 us, and God bless.

Today, we basically just became aquainted with the area. This involved a whole bunch of walkikng and trying to understand crazy maps that included no directions in English. Dealing with jet lag and running on 2 days of no sleep can make this situation difficult. But God blessed us with the strength to stay awake through the day and work out our difficulties. Now that I have a pretty good sense of direction, I'm so ready to go out and meet new people and start planting seeds. Please pray for our groups and the connections we make this week, that God's will be done.

JR - Fornes, TX

The flight was good. The city is really different and alot of fun to figure out. I am ready to get some sleep to cap off a great 30 or so hours. I miss home but I am glad to be here.

JS - Commerce, TX

Germany is all I've heard and more~ i say that knowing I am sleep deprived, some of the things might be hallucinations. As we walked through the city tonight, dpravity is all around and the need for Christ is great. Please pray for souls as we sow seed here.

This week has been one of the best weeks of my life. It has been a joy to watch our team come together as one for the Name of God and just going out there with no fear and making his name famous.

BL Chickasha

This week has been amazing! God has shown me so many things. Some things I'm going to start when I get home! So please just be in p.r about that!! I'm ready to see everyone but then again I have made so many new friends I don't want to leave! I love you all and only 2 days till you get to see my smiling face!!

JKC Duncan, OK

Today is our last day at the park. So far, it's been an amazing life changing experience. I've learned more this week that I have in entire years. I've found my calling. I've found my trust in God. And I've found the man He's calling me to be. I realized however, that this won't be the last time I find that man. I plan on rediscovering that man fr the rest of my life. God will never be done with me. Thank you for all thepr so far! Keep it up! :)

J.A Pawnee

Hey everyone. This is the last time you will be hearing from me while I'm in Germany. It has been such an amazing and fun week. God has really worked in not only the peoples lives but also in ours. God really is awesome. I love it here and will miss everyone and everything. I want to ask you guys if you will continue to pray for the J's and the m's. They are amazing people. The J's will be coming home soon, but please keep them in your pr's. I can't wait to see everyone and tell you just hwo amazing God is. But I will see you soon and I love everyone and thank you for your continued support. :)

W.R OK

This past week has been amazing. This will be my last postcard from here and I'm just sad because today is the last day for visiting. But this week I have seen Gods work in so many different things. It's awesome how the power of prayer works and just shows that God does listen. He may not answer you how you want him too, but he will answer. I've just learned that you need to be patient, and just listen to him. You never know what God may want to tell you or show you.

C.S Ardmore

J told us this morning how this week more than aything has been our training for what we are to do when we get home! I believe so strongly that we are all called to be m's, yet it is like a Doctor who is on call. Even though you may be a m on the m field or just at home, you are still on call by God to be on call to everyone all the time! Bringing glory to God showed the all-consuming passon of every believer!!
